Q:  What about cost?

A:  Fasttrack to America's Past has always been the "Best Buy" in social studies, at a fraction of the cost of traditional textbooks.  For greatest flexibility, it is now available in the Fasttrack Freedom Package.  This includes a three ring binder with all the pages from the workbook, together with a site license that allows the pages to be photocopied by teachers as desired.  Please see the price and ordering page for more details.

Q:  What support is available for teachers and students using the Fasttrack history program?

A:  Our free Internet support site has many resources for teachers and students to use.  Completed versions of the book's maps, timelines, and charts are all easy to access from the home page.  There is also a glossary of names and terms, a full set of multiple-choice practice tests, and a set of links to interesting Internet historical sites.  The Teacher Guide & Key section can also be reached from the home page. 


Q:  Our school has been using Fasttrack to America's Past in printed workbook form.  Can I now photocopy pages from the workbook for my students? 

A:  You must first obtain a site license to photocopy pages from Fasttrack to America's Past.  The modest fee supports the Internet site and related expenses.  Photocopying pages without permission is a violation of copyright law and academic ethics.


Q:  May we download and use the completed maps, timelines, charts, PowerPoint presentations, and other resources on the Internet support site?

A:  Many of the resources on the Internet site are available for free download and use by teachers in their own classrooms, as well as by students.  Please see the copyright information on the page with the specific material you would like to use.
